Warranty

All Hydrozone Health products come with a 12-month repair or replacement warranty covering manufacturing faults or product defects.

The warranty does not apply if the product shows signs of wear and tear, has been misused, or has not been properly cared for.

Refunds & Returns

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for a change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty or damaged:

Contact us by providing photos or video evidence to support your claim.

If approved, you’ll receive clear instructions on how to return the product.

Return conditions

Items must be sent back in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if returned products don’t meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
